You Know More Then You Know

Access your full inner wisdom

It’s a superpower!

riting from your “wisdom self” to your “little self” is a powerful tool. Share what’s going on with you.  Have your wise self offer suggestions, comfort, and awareness.  Ask questions of the other and then answer it.  Use a slash to signal the changing voice.

Here’s an example how you could use it if you had anxiety about an event:

Hi Larissa—  I can see you are anxious about tomorrow’s event. Makes sense. Lots of unknowns and that brings up worry. / Yes I sure am. Lots of people signed up, more then 100, and you know I don’t like big crowds. / Yes I do. Can be kinda of confusing and loud. Do you know what crowds are made? / No, not really. / An edge, center, and everything in between. I bet you are imagining dealing with over 100 people./ YES! /  Let me ask you a question. On the edge of the crowd, where you might be standing, how many people will there be that you can talk with or even get their attention? / Probably 7 max. /  Ok then, tomorrow do this.  Stay on the edge of “the crowd” because tomorrow you are going to an event with only 7 people max.  Does that sound doable? / Well when you frame it that way, of course. I like small groups and do quite well in them. / Ok, have fun with those 7 people tomorrow and let me know how it went. / I definitely will! Thanks for helping me figure this out.

You can use this technique to work out problems you are having or to gain greater insight on things that are bothering you. Let it flow out of you and you’ll be surprised what happens.
